How to make it

  2. Turn on the rice cooker and heat the oil in the rice cooker pot. Sauté the onions until soft then add the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic. Sauté for another minute. Add in chicken and sauté until slightly browned.
  3. Add potatoes and continue to sauté for a couple of minutes. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir. 
  4. Close the rice cooker lid and cook for about 25-30 minutes, until chicken and potatoes are tender.
  5. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
