Red Curry Chili Lime Noodles

How to make it

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package directions.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, add oil and wait till it gets hot. Add in the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until aromatic. Then add in the bell peppers and sauté until it has softened about 4-5 minutes. 
  3. Once the noodles have completed cooking and have been strained, add it into the garlic and bell pepper mix. Pour Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Red Curry Chili Lime Grilling and Dipping Sauce over the noodles, add in the green onions then stir well to incorporate.
  4. Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with roasted cashews, cilantro and limes.
