You can get some extra protein in by adding an egg, combining with the broth, and microwaving to get a souffle-like texture. Add Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce for an extra kick of heat, and you've got a spicy, comforting, and easy recipe hack perfect for anyone who loves steamed eggs.

How to make it

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the leftover ramen broth. Crack in the two eggs and add the  Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Sauce. Whisk together with a fork until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl with a paper towel or a microwave-safe lid. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes, checking after 3 minutes. Continue microwaving until the eggs reach your desired consistency (3 minutes for softer eggs, up to 5 minutes for firmer eggs).
