How to make it
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large glass bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, 1 cup of sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce, vanilla extract, and coconut cream then whisk until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, 1 ½ cup of sugar, and salt. Then slowly add in the melted butter and mix with a fork until crumbly.
Grease or butter 12 inch cast iron skillet then set aside. Then pour pumpkin mixture into the skillet then spread the streusel crumbles onto the top of the mixture evenly in the cast iron.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until the filling is set and the crumbles are a nice golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes then top with a nice heap of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle a little dusting of cinnamon over the ice cream then serve right away.
