How to make it

  1. Peel and shred 6 large potatoes. Place onto paper towels, drain excess water, and then place into a mixing bowl. 
  2. Heat waffle iron and spray with oil on top and bottom. 
  3. Mix the shredded potatoes with the green onion, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, grated parmesan cheese, egg, salt and pepper. 
  4. Scoop 1 large spoonful of potato mixture onto the waffle iron and close. Cook until its golden brown and crispy. Continue making as many as you can with the mixture. 
  5. Serve with cream cheese spread, lox and fresh dill (optional).
