How to make it

  1. Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper. Mix the red bell pepper paste and Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce together, then brush the sauce onto the steaks. Allow the steaks to marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Cook the french fries according to the package directions.
  3. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Once the steaks are done marinating, place them on the grill. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add in the vegetable oil. Crack in the eggs and fry until the whites have cooked but the yolks are still runny. Remove the eggs from the pan.
  5. Add the butter and white wine to a pan. Over medium heat, cook until the butter melts and the sauce has slightly reduced. Remove the sauce from heat.
  6. Serve the cooked Portuguese bitoque steaks, butter sauce, french fries, and fried eggs together. Enjoy!
