  • 400 g [4 pcs] pork chop (s)
  • 2 pcs strawberries [cut into pieces]

Marinade

  • 2 Tbsp. Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil (Pure)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 125 ml water
  • 1/2 pcs grated Apple
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. corn starch

How to make it

  1. Mix pork chop with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry pork chop in 2 Tbsp. oil until golden yellow and done. Drain and put on a serving plate.
  3. Heat through sauce mix and stir in strawberries. Pour on pork chop.
