How to make it

  1. Place the chicken breasts and the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Ponzu Plum Grilling and Dipping Sauce in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together and allow the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium high heat, then pour in the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Add the chicken into the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until it is fully cooked through. 
  3. Distribute the rice into each bowl and top with the chicken, sliced cucumbers, sliced radishes, and shredded carrots. Garnish with sliced green onions and white sesame seeds. Enjoy!
