How to make it

  1. Toast the sourdough slices and then drizzle each with raw honey and some thyme. Place a few slices of cheese down and then place it into the toaster or oven for a few minutes just to slightly melt the cheese. 
  2. Lay the plum slices on top and then drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce and a little more honey and thyme(optional).
