A leveled-up version of the classic pizza bagel bites of our childhood, this version is great for using up leftover bagels and adds an interesting spicy kick thanks to the addition of Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce.

 

This pizza bagels recipe goes for classic pepperoni pizza but customize the toppings to your liking or based on what's in the fridge! Great for an easy college recipe after a long day of classes or if you need something quick to prep for dinner after a busy work day.

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit (200° Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix pizza sauce with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce for a spicy base. Spread the spicy sauce over each bagel half, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Sprinkle with oregano. 
  3. Place bagels on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool slightly, then enjoy your Spicy Sriracha Pizza Bagels with more Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce for drizzling!
