Gently toss noodles to loosen up.

Pan-fry noodles in 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil until noodles are cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Heat pan with 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil and stir-fry Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, onion, and carrot until halfway done.

Add beef and continue to cook until done.

Add seasoning mix.

Add noodles, bean sprouts and quickly stir-fry with other mixture. The dish is now ready to serve.
