Pho Ap Chao (Fried Noodle with Beef)

How to make it

  1. Gently toss noodles to loosen up. 
  2. Pan-fry noodles in 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil until noodles are cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Heat pan with 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil and stir-fry Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, onion, and carrot until halfway done.
  4. Add beef and continue to cook until done.
  5. Add seasoning mix.
  6. Add noodles, bean sprouts and quickly stir-fry with other mixture. The dish is now ready to serve.
