How to make it

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce, 2 Tbsp. Oyster Flavored Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce and Sesame Oil.
  2. Marinate beef with mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. Sautee onions with 2 Tbsp. oil for 3 minutes. Add the remaining Hoisin Sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
  4. Grill or pan fry beef 3 minutes on each side - cut beef 1/2-inch thick.
  5. Assemble philly steak with cheese and sauted onion.
  6. Drizzle Hoisin Sauce before serving.
