How to make it
Heat the flat top to medium/high heat and add olive oil. Then add chopped onion and mushrooms, adding salt and pepper to taste and 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce, tossing lightly for 3-4 minutes until cooked down.
Push onions aside and add the chopped meat to the flat top. Season with salt and pepper and 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce.
When the meat is cooked through, mix with the onions and mushrooms.
Form meat into a thin pile and place two slices of provolone cheese over the pile. Let that melt down for a minute.
Take the sliced hoagie roll and place it face down over 1 slice of cheese and then with a large spatula scoop the meat and then flip it over. Do the same with the other roll. Serve immediately while hot.
