How to make it

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grill grate. 
Thread the beef, shishito peppers and red onion chunks onto metal skewers from top to bottom. Season with salt and pepper. 
Using a grill brush, glaze each skewer with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce. 
Grill the skewers until the steak is seared on all sides about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. 
Transfer to a serving platter and serve with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce for dipping.
