How to make it

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grill grate. 
  2. Thread the beef, shishito peppers and red onion chunks onto metal skewers from top to bottom. Season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Using a grill brush, glaze each skewer with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce. 
  4. Grill the skewers until the steak is seared on all sides about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. 
  5. Transfer to a serving platter and serve with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce for dipping.
