Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce serves as the flavorful foundation for this creamy and savory instant ramen recipe. It adds instant depth of flavor and rich, sweet umami to your bowl of ramen. Combined with a touch of creaminess from peanut butter, all you need to do is add a few extras like rotisserie chicken and cucumbers to bring a rich peanut noodle dish to life in just 10 minutes!

How to make it

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions. Once cooked, remove from heat but do not drain.
  2. While the noodles cook, stir together peanut butter, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Crisp Oil in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the hot noodles and broth into a serving bowl. Stir in the sauce mixture until fully dissolved and the broth turns creamy and flavorful. Top with shredded rotisserie chicken, cucumber matchsticks, scallions, cilantro, lime wedge, and sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
