Heat a large pan over medium heat and add in the oil. When the oil is hot, toss in the chicken and cook until the chicken is fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside for later.

Add the onion and garlic to the pan. Cook until the onion is translucent then add the chicken back to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Mix in the cabbage and carrots. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Then add the chicken broth, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, and sugar. Mix and bring the sauce to a boil.

Add in the rice noodles and stir until the noodles are tender, about 3-4 minutes. When the noodles are cooked through, remove the pan from heat. Garnish with sliced green onions and Enjoy!
