How to make it

  1. Heat pan to medium-high heat with olive oil. Once hot, place down chicken breast and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side. Then cover the pan and let steam for another 5 minutes. Take out and let rest. 
  2. Brush the chicken breast with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Red Curry Chili Lime Grilling & Dipping Sauce and then slice. 
  3. Serve chicken breast over the cooked jasmine rice and garnish with black sesame seeds and chopped cilantro. 
  4. Portion out into meal prep containers.
