How to make it

  1. Mix minced pork with Marinade. Combine pork, green onion, and coriander to form filling. Mix cornstarch with water, add to eggs with Seasoning Mix, beat well.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour 2 Tbsp. egg mixture and place pork filling just off center.
  3. Fold egg sheet in half while still soft. Seal in pork filling by slightly pressing edges. Pan-fry over low heat until both sides are golden. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Serve with more XO sauce if desired.
