Oyster Flavored Roast Beef with Steamed Vegetables

How to make it

  1. Bring pot of salted water into a boil. Boil vegetables until 3/4 way done and immediately rinse with cold water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Massage roast beef with Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce and 1 tsp salt.
  3. In a baking dish, layer onion, celery and roast beef. Cover and bake roast for 3 hours at 350F degree temperature.
  4. Drain juice from the roast and remove excess fat. Pour juice in a small sauce pan and add Hoisin Sauce and black pepper (flavored hoisin au-jus).
  5. Cook mixture until heated through.
  6. Slice roast beef and serve with steamed vegetables and flavored hoisin au-jus.
