Heat a pan over medium high heat then add in the vegetable oil.
Add the red onion to the pan and cook until translucent. Then stir in the garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add in the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and jackfruit. Cook until the bell peppers are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Orange Chicken. Mix until combined.
Serve over white rice and garnish with sliced green onions and white sesame seeds. Enjoy!
