In a jar with a lid, combine the Lee Kum Kee Lime Cilantro Flavored Hoisin Sauce, olive oil, lime juice and fresh cilantro. Seal the jar and shake well to combine.

In a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, place mushrooms and let them cook till the liquid from the mushrooms evaporate. Once you begin to notice the liquid evaporating, deglaze the pan with the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce. Cook for an additional minute.

Divide the mushrooms, rice, black beans, corn, lettuce and tomatoes into four bowls.

Drizzle the cilantro lime dressing over each bowl and serve with additional lime if desired.
