How to make it
Rub beef with 1 Tbsp. Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce and 1 Tbsp. cornstarch. Set aside.
In a heated pan with oil, stir fry beef until about half way done.
Add dry sherry and button mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes.
Pour in 2 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce and cook mixture until heated through.
