In a mixing bowl mix the beef, diced onion, salt, pepper, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce and 1 egg. Mix well with your hands and then form into two ½ lb. burger patties.
Cook the burgers to desired temperature and then set aside.
In the same pan as the burgers toss in a little butter and let it melt down. Then add in the crimini mushrooms, chopped garlic and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce. Let the mushrooms cook down for about 5 minutes until soft then turn the heat off.
Make your lettuce wraps by taking a large piece of butter lettuce and wrapping the burger patty, topping it with mushrooms and finally some crumbled blue cheese. Serve right away while warm.
