Cut pork belly into cubes. Rinse with boiling water and drain. Set aside.
Heat pan with 1 Tbsp. oil, sauté pork until light golden (about 7–10 minutes). Add cooking wine, rock sugar, anise pods, cinnamon, green onion, and ginger. Continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Stir in 3 cups water, Spare Rib sauce and Soy Sauce. Cook over high heat until boiled.
Lower heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Ready to serve.
