How to make it

  1. In a pot, add 2 cups of water and chicken. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine Hoisin Sauce, lime juice and Sesame Oil. Season with black pepper (Hoisin Dressing).
  3. Drizzle the dressing over mixed green salad and top with dried cranberries, yellow raisins and poached chicken.
