How to make it

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and Hoisin Sauce. Mix well (Hoisin Sauce Mix). Refrigerate.
  2. Season shrimp with black pepper.
  3. Dip shrimp into tempura mix batter. Dust off excess.
  4. Deep-fry shrimp in oil until golden brown. Serve in a bun with Hoisin Sauce Mix.
