In a mini skillet, heat Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil over medium heat. Once hot, add in egg and scramble. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add in butter and melt. Add in rice and cook until warmed through. Add in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and sauté for 1 more minute.
Add in carrots, peas, and cooked egg and stir until warmed through.
