How to make it

  1. Mix ½ lb. ground beef with 1 egg and 2 Tbsp.Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce.
  2. Form into mini burgers and lay out on a tray. 
  3. Grill burgers for 2-3 minutes per side until medium.
  4. Place a little piece of cheddar cheese on to the burgers and let that melt. Place burgers onto mini slider rolls and top with lettuce and tomato.
