How to make it

Lay the prosciutto on a serving plate, covering the whole plate. 
Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds.
Using a melon baller, scoop out balls and place them onto the prosciutto. 
Add the mozzarella balls and drizzle everything with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil.
Add fresh black pepper, fresh basil and serve right away while cold.
