1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce
1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

3 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce
How to make it
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, add the beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, 2 Tbsp. tomato paste, 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce, brown sugar, parsley, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Add the meat mixture to a half bread loaf pan, pat down to fit evenly and smooth the top.
Add the rest of the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce to the top of the meatloaf, spreading evenly.
Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. If the top starts to burn, cover with foil and bake for remaining time.
Let the meatloaf rest for 8-10 minutes before serving. After it has rested, slice and enjoy.
