How to make it
Heat the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil in a pot over low heat. When the oil is just warm, add in the ginger.
Fry the ginger until it has released all its flavor and looks, golden and crisp.
Increase the heat to medium and add in the chicken thighs and drumsticks. Fry until the outside of the chicken is cooked.
Pour in the rice wine and add just enough water to cover the chicken. Increase the heat and bring the liquid to a boil.
Lower the heat so that it is simmering and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender. Season the broth with salt to taste. Cook the wonton noodles according to the package directions. Drain and add them to the broth. Enjoy!
