How to make it
Add the olive oil, thyme, garlic, and chili flakes to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds to infuse the flavors. Remove the bowl from the microwave, then mix in ½ Tbsp. of the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Lemon Pepper Grilling and Dipping Sauce, and the cherry tomatoes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the goat cheese and remaining tablespoon of the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Lemon Pepper Grilling and Dipping Sauce until combined.
Spread the goat cheese into a shallow dish and spoon the olive oil mixture on top.
Allow the goat cheese to sit with the olive oil for about 1 hour.
Garnish with parsley leaves, and additional fresh thyme leaves. Enjoy!
