How to make it
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Toss cauliflower florets with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, cornstarch, and pinch of salt. Put the cauliflower on a lined sheet tray and bake for 10 minutes.
While the cauliflower is baking, make the glaze. Combine Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, maple, Panda Brand Premium Soy Sauce, garlic powder, ginger, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
After 10 minutes, remove cauliflower from the oven carefully coat it in the maple glaze.
Return the sheet tray to the oven and bake for 10-15 more minutes, or until the cauliflower is beginning to brown and crisp.
Garnish with scallions and add Tapatio, to taste.
