Add the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, granulated sugar, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, and ground ginger to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour ⅓ of the dressing into a bowl. Add in the shrimp and mix until well coated. Marinate the shrimp for 10-30 minutes. Reserve the remaining dressing for serving.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Drain the shrimp from the marinade and add them to the pan. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked. Remove the shrimp from the pan.

Add the mixed greens, mango, mandarin oranges, and edamame to a salad bowl. Top with the shrimp. Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
