Add oil in a heated pot and sauté green onions and ginger. Add 2 Tbsp. of Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Sichuan Hot & Spicy Hot Pot and 1 Tbsp. of Sichuan Style Broad Bean Sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, then add water.
Once water has boiled, add the Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and all the rest of the ingredients, let boil for 5 minutes. Pour in a bowl and ready to serve.
Tips: Oyster Sauce can enhance the flavor of meat and seafood, adding more depth to the taste.
