How to make it

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large stock pot. Add in the old bay seasoning, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, lemon halves and bay leaves. Bring up to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
  2. Add in the potatoes and corn, then let simmer for 10 minutes, and add the sausage. Cook for another 10 minutes until the potatoes have softened and the sausages are cooked. Then add in the shrimp and cook for 5 more minutes until shrimp is fully cooked, then drain the liquid and dump all of it out onto the table, or onto a serving platter.

  3. Serve with a side of lemons, more old bay seasoning, fresh chopped parsley and a crusty baguette.
