Add in the potatoes and corn, then let simmer for 10 minutes, and add the sausage. Cook for another 10 minutes until the potatoes have softened and the sausages are cooked. Then add in the shrimp and cook for 5 more minutes until shrimp is fully cooked, then drain the liquid and dump all of it out onto the table, or onto a serving platter.
Serve with a side of lemons, more old bay seasoning, fresh chopped parsley and a crusty baguette.
