In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, salt, pepper and Lee Kum Kee Lime Cilantro Hoisin Sauce. Form into burger sized patties and set aside.
Heat the pan or grill to medium high heat. Cook the turkey burger for 5 or so minutes per side until cooked though.
Serve on a toasted sesame seed bun and top with lettuce, tomato, red onion and a drizzle of Lee Kum Kee Lime Cilantro Hoisin Sauce. Optional, serve with pickles as a garnish.
