Lee Kum Kee products

How to make it

  1. Add the Lee Kum Kee Lime Cilantro Flavored Hoisin Sauce, chili sauce, sherry, honey, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, rice vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, and ginger to a bowl. Whisk until combined and set it aside for later.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Trim any excess fat off of the ribs and cut the racks into 6- to 7-rib sections. Place the rib racks onto the baking sheet.
  3. Reserve 1 cup of the sauce for later. Pour the remaining sauce over the rib racks, coating both sides. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate for four hours to overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 300°F. Place the covered ribs in the oven and bake for 1½ hours. Remove the ribs from the oven and remove the foil covering. Coat the ribs with the reserved sauce. Increase the oven temperature to 350˚F. Place the ribs back into the oven, uncovered, and cook until tender and starting to brown, about 30 minutes. Allow the ribs to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with cilantro and white sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges. Enjoy!
