Whisk the eggs, ginger and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce in a small bowl.
Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in a wok or large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add eggs and scramble. Remove from wok and set aside.
Heat the remaining olive oil in the wok or pan. Add the onion and rice and cook for 1-2 mins. Add the carrot and green onion and stir to combine. Add the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Lettuce Wrap and mix. Return the egg to the pan and cook, stirring, until combined and heated through. Transfer the rice mixture to a serving platter.
Divide the lettuce leaves among serving plates. Fill with rice mixture.
Top with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
