How to make it
In a small bowl, mix the pork and Lee Kum Kee Lime Cilantro Flavored Hoisin Sauce letting it marinate for 7-10 minutes.
While the pork is marinating, chop and prep garnishes.
In a large nonstick skillet, add in the vegetable oil and wait until it is hot. Add in the pork and stir occasionally until it has browned and fully cooked.
Begin building bowls by placing rice at the base, then the pork, carrots, cucumbers, jalapeno, radishes, purple cabbage and drizzle of mayonnaise. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
