Preheat the oven to 375°F. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Lemon Pepper Grilling & Dipping Sauce, butter and garlic. Set aside.

In a cast iron skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. When the skillet is hot, add the pork chops and sear until golden brown (about 2 minutes per side).

Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops then place the skillet in the oven and cook for about 10-12 minutes or the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Remove from the oven and spoon the lemon pepper butter sauce left in the skillet along with the capers onto the pork chops before serving.
