How to make it
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice baguette into ½ inch slices and brush each slice with 1 Tbsp. of olive oil.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden, but still soft. Rub garlic clove on each side while still warm. Then brush each slice with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Lemon Pepper Grilling & Dipping Sauce.
Zest and juice each lemon (reserve the zest). Meanwhile, place the feta cheese, ricotta cheese, lemon juice, remaining olive oil and red pepper flakes in a food processor.
Blend until cheeses are slightly whipped and doubled in size (about 2 minutes). Top each slice with whipped feta, add lemon zest & freshly cracked black pepper. Serve and enjoy.
