Preheat the oven to 400ºF.

Remove low leaves and trim the points off the artichokes. Cut off the bottoms and slice them in half. Do this for all of them.

Lay artichokes heart side down onto a greased baking tray and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

Spoon Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and Panda Brand Lemon Pepper Grilling & Dipping Sauce on the artichokes. Season with fresh thyme and salt to taste.

Cover tray with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes until very tender. Squeeze lemon juice on top if desired and serve with a side of lemon slices.
