A Thanksgiving leftovers recipe great for a crowd or a gameday meal, this sliders recipe is perfect to transform leftovers time and time again!

 

There's also a couple of secret ingredients that will take Thanksgiving leftovers to the next level. A great pairing with the turkey, cranberries, and stuffing that are packed into each slider is Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce. Sweet, savory, and packed with complex rich flavor, it will add a little extra punch of flavor to these sliders. Add Honey Sriracha Sauce for a sweet and spicy dip as well that pairs perfectly with everything inside!

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the entire sheet of rolls in half horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms intact (Do not separate into individual sliders).

  2. Place bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spread cranberry sauce over the bottom, layer with turkey tossed in Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, then pile on the stuffing. Top with the roll tops.

  3. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush over the tops of the rolls. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5 minutes until golden and heated through.

  4. Serve hot with a side of Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce for dipping.
