How to make it
Heat a large cast iron or heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp and fat is rendered. Remove and set aside, leaving bacon fat in the skillet.
Over medium heat, scramble eggs until cooked and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Add canola oil to the skillet and sauté green onions and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic until green onions are translucent and sweet. Add in leftover vegetables and stir until combined and hot. Add turkey, rice and stuffing. Let rice crisp a little at the bottom of the pan. Add Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, mixing well into rice.
Fold cooked bacon and eggs into rice. Season generously with pepper, and add salt, if necessary.
Just before serving, garnish with greens onions. Enjoy!
