How to make it
Heat a large pan over medium high heat. Pour in the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil.
Add in the shallot and garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Then add in the ground chicken. Cook and crumble the chicken until fully cooked through.
Add in the lime zest and juice, fish sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Thai chilies. Mix it together with the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve with cilantro leaves, mint leaves, and butter lettuce. Garnish with sliced green onions and chopped peanuts. Enjoy!
