In a large skillet over medium heat, add in the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart. Cook until well browned (5-6 minutes).
Add in the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, ketchup, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, water, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce and Lee Kum Kee 9° Selected Rice Vinegar, and stir together well until the sauce starts to evaporate and the mixture becomes "sloppy" (about 5-6 minutes).
Toast the buns then spoon over the mixture and top with green onions. Enjoy!
