Place the oil in a heated pot and stir-fry the shredded onions and garlic.
Add water and one pack of Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Korean Army Stew to the pot, stirring until it is evenly mixed.
Place the other ingredients into the soup base, cover with lid, and bring to a boil. Then simmer on low for about 3 minutes until the ingredients are completely heated through before removing lid. Serve and enjoy!
