In a large bowl, add all dumplings filling ingredients and mix well.
Wrap Dumplings: Place about a teaspoon of filling into the center of the dumpling wrapper. Dip your finger in the water and lightly wet the edge of the dumpling wrapper. Seal the wrapper then place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all filling and wrappers have been used.
Cook Dumplings: Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Add dumplings and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the water and cover to steam, about 5 minutes or until all water has evaporated and the filling is cooked.
Serve with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Dipping Soy Sauce and extra Wildbrine Korean Style Kimchi. Enjoy!
