To make chili jam: In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar and water. Mix and set aside.
To assemble Jarcuterie: In a jar, place a layer of the chili jam, then add cheeses, olives, and pickles to fill the cup. Add a variety of meats and cheeses, skewered with toothpicks at varying heights. Finish with a cracker and rosemary sprig. Repeat to make 8 jars and serve. Enjoy!
